I know , egg noodles cook fast and its easy carbs . Ive loved egg noodles since I was a kid when an old babysitter used to make me egg noodles & dairy butter . Still eating that today when I need comfort food... lol

Went a little pork crazy last night, but I had this awesome thick cut bacon that I had to use... So....

Smoked pork tenderloin w/ spicy Korean glaze
Smoked Brussels sprouts w/ balsamic reduction and bacon
Spinach cooked in bacon fat & garlic

Im still eating lite . Carbing up today with House fried rice , I get 2.5lbs for $10 from this lil Chinese lady . Cant make it for that .Pork/chicken/shrimp .
