IDK what this is, but I want it.

My girl has made it a few times but that pic was in Lima, Peru. We went to my girl's friend's house and her mom cooked it up for me.

It's ground beef, onions, eggs, and some other stuff mixed up then it's cooked in a pan with some oil. It's almos like a hamburger except much more tender and juicy. Rice and platanos on the side. It was my favorite meal during my entire trip.

Nice! Did I tell you they opened a Halal Guys by me? Doesn't taste QUITE the same as it does right off the street in NYC, but still damn good. I forgot how fucking deadly that hot sauce is!

Awesome! My buddies' restaurant in CT has the halal guys menu. They're apparently good friends and halal guys gave them the recipe.

That hot sauce is potent.
