Just got back from giving Double-Red Cells donation. Hemo was 16.8 (16.8 x 3 = 49.2) So 49.2 , I wasnt even in the 50"s . I thought it might be higher .

Make that 50.4 . I was calculating in my head . So a month after my test cycle my Hemo is still in the 50"s . Normal Hematocrit on TRT is about 47-48 for me .

First time i tried ghost pepper hot sauce, i was at a tiki bar, VASTLY underestimated it. I slopped it all over a chicken wing and thought, hey thats not bad. Then the heat started creeping in. Ended up jumping in the pool. Soaked my wallet, killed my cellphone for good.
Chilling in Clearwater beach with my better half. Finally, an evening to get some good food, good drinks and some nightlife in before heading home. I'll get some local food pics up soon
