Steppin up my game. Back on blast I need to become a monster. No more fooling around. Money shall be spent on food.
Preworkout breakfast
1 Cup of White Rice
6 large eggs
Post workout
3 servings of Kodiak cakes with a package of blue berries or a half package of black berries.
3 prepped meals of Steak and brown Rice. Enough for 3 days.

Dinner is whatever the Fam wants
Go for it @2Dumb2Plumb --alternate w/ chicken breast to avoid meat burnout . I like fish/shrimp and rice some days (or seafood fried rice) . Too much chicken burns me out so I throw in different meats to compensate .
Thanks @2Dumb2Plumb for planting the seed. Had my girl pull out the crock pot and toss in a pork shoulder...voila, pulled pork taco time...don't forget the sweet baby ray's. Next time it'll be cornbread and beef stew!View attachment 72594

It's going to hurt when I decide to cut. Bread and Butter, especially fresh NYC bagels......... with cream cheese.
