Steppin up my game. Back on blast I need to become a monster. No more fooling around. Money shall be spent on food.

Preworkout breakfast
1 Cup of White Rice
6 large eggs

Post workout
3 servings of Kodiak cakes with a package of blue berries or a half package of black berries.

3 prepped meals of Steak and brown Rice. Enough for 3 days.

Go for it @2Dumb2Plumb --alternate w/ chicken breast to avoid meat burnout . I like fish/shrimp and rice some days (or seafood fried rice) . Too much chicken burns me out so I throw in different meats to compensate .

I wish I could bro... fish and shellfish is so damn expensive here and for the amount I eat.... I just can't wing it.

Definitely mixing up Beef/Chicken/turkey/lamb/pork etc etc.

Pain is only temporary... the gainz last forever. I can eat the same thing day and day out that's my mind set.

Fuck! That looks tasty. Throw some my way I'm bulking!!!! LOL enjoy. I wish like fuck I had a girl that cooks or does things with me but I'm good solo. Got my mind straight and I want to do this right.

I bought a multi-purpose scale and I'm weighing everything.
