Sucks having a home sold out from under you. Only happened to me once and I hadn't been in it as long as you have, but that was when I knew we had to buy.
We were always homeowners until we came to Oregon , but got such a great deal renting here we put off buying . We will have another place soon , we"ve got lots of connections and friends here .

For this we have 2 months to find another home...
