What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Any of you guys work construction? Trying to get my diet dialed in better, having a hard time, fitting meals in to my shcedule at work. We usually only take one twenty minute break throughout the day. Been eating a pretty good breakfeast, and eating at break. Then dinner when i het home and maybe some nuts on the way home. Any ideas?

Lots of meat/egg sandwiches , boiled eggs , protein bars , cooked chicken legs & porkchops keep good thru the day too . Ive done heavy construction and the iron at the same time , its doable...Goodluck ~Ogh

Meal preps. Some veggies and protein of your choice. You could inhale it in a few minutes and back to work. Thats what i do anyway [emoji4]

When I worked construction my meal times were breakfast, break (15min), lunch, after work, workout and then dinner. It was 5x a day but I ate beef jerky while I worked and had it sitting in my tool belt.lol I was like 19 I think. Haha
I'd wait till my foreman would ask for a hammer or something and when he turned around I'd be handing him a piece of venison jerky. Haha
Made a bunch of grown men laugh who were always uptight.

Been working 6 days a week for a while now. Finally getting a little breathing room. Just caught up on this thread, took a while cuz there were 399 posts since i was ladt here [emoji33]
Anyway, heres breakfast. 3 eggs over hard thick cut bacon, cheese and some avocado on some killer daves. This was a great way to start the day and change it up a bit from just eggs and fruit with cottage cheese or yogurt.

Saw a video of Dan Green seated barbell shoulder pressing 385 for reps.
Figured i would try to be like Dan Green.
Only got 265 for reps .
Guess im not Dan Green :(
