Figured i would try to be like Dan Green.
Only got 265 for reps .

Any of you guys work construction? Trying to get my diet dialed in better, having a hard time, fitting meals in to my shcedule at work. We usually only take one twenty minute break throughout the day. Been eating a pretty good breakfeast, and eating at break. Then dinner when i het home and maybe some nuts on the way home. Any ideas?
Jus 3. With some leg drive if i tucked em real close to my butt.265 for reps ? Id be lucky to get 200 for reps...

When I worked construction my meal times were breakfast, break (15min), lunch, after work, workout and then dinner. It was 5x a day but I ate beef jerky while I worked and had it sitting in my tool belt.lol I was like 19 I think. HahaAny of you guys work construction? Thats a funny...right?The day I front press 265lbs is the same day I run off to join the US Olympic weightlifting team....
