Thats great trukker, i know you have talked about this before and now there is a big bright light at the end of the tunnel. Im also pretty much debt free except food , gas , phones, taxes ect.... And it makes life that much easier for sure and of course buying growth becomes guilt free. But you are doing it at a much younger age than i did it and thats damn impressive. I preach to all my younger friends about this, so far none have listened but ima keep tryin.

Little post workout snack.
I watched my 1 year old son try to chew some of the steak, then he gave up, spit it out, and started stomping on it. He's entertaining to watch. Love the little guy.
Put pepper jack, green peppers, green onions, mushrooms, jalapeños, steak, horseradish and sriracha.

So OGH & wife found new digs in our same area, a much bigger 3 bedroom house that needs some work which Im doing nowdays but is very liveable . A older newly widow who is very sweet is selling and moved 40 miles away last month

The first 2 months are free and the rent after is $500/month SWING !!
So you know you just gotta check out the mirrors in a new place so a couple arm shots was in order to break-in the mirrors in the new OG crib...

We got a break...My wife knew the lady from store visits and she always liked us . Plus I"ll be totally skirting in the place and replacing cedar shingles (no leaks yet) and reinsulating plus painting and various carpentry/plumbing endeavors . In the end we might buy the place...yes $500/mo around here is cheap cheap.
