Not gonna lie there's plenty of food that looks like shit but tastes amazing ! lol that was funny though
This tastes neutral , not really bad but not that good without salt. Years of wild camping/jobs kicks-in and I ignore the taste...
Its the annatto seed , that will cause the yellowing/golden color . Its great for that.

I got a turkey smoking now I figured no better way to break in the new grill than smoking a turkey ceramics are supposed to be know for keeping meats moist so I'm going to test it out and see. nothing worse than a dry turkey.
