Sooooo its no secret. I have a shitty lower back. Its a compromise between doing what i want to do and lying on the floor and wishing for a bullet some days. I moved to front squats to allow me to still squat and ive flourished with them. Back squats is now a "secondary" movement(psh...whatever trukk). I was able to do straight sets with 405x4 today with minimal back pain. A pretty big victory for me. Considering i barbell front squat more than that.
Treated myself to Wendys with peach fanta. Cuz im so fancy like that
Oh a shameless calf shot thrown in there. Put a nipple on dem things and i could nurse baby deere. 20" calves for the win.
Eat it fukkers!!!!!!!
