Cooked my chicken yesterday. It was real good hot, not so good warmed up today.

Yeah I think so, it's granite supplements. It's pretty good I've been using it and his intra work out. I like them.
Thighs, tips and broccoli. Eating like a savage again. Water intake has slowly been going up as well. 
Yeah...but not as bad as oven baked.

Definitely not if done right. More protein, more veggies, healthy good fats, not more carbs and crap. The salad looks choice too so I applaud your philosophy here.
