What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Couple of my packed lunches for work.

Organic Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast grilled with a 0 calorie mustard marinade on top of bok choy, asparagus, kale, and spinach.

Also included is 1tpsb fermented organic soybean, living carrots (fermented carrots), and organic sauerkraut, each serving of these items is under 10 calories each.

All the produce is cooked in vinegar.

Only other meals for the work shift is 1 scoop of whey isolate, and a "snack" meal that consists of 2 organic pickles (0 cal) with some saurkraut and living carrots (15 cals altogether).

I take the hot sauce and pink salt with me and use as needed :)

Spaghetti squash & meatballs for us tonight....turkey sausage for the meatballs

Baked the chicken like you see it, all cut up in strips. I used garlic and onion powder, black pepper and Himalayan salt on it during cooking. Small drizzle of this after cooking. Pure sodium and sugar 15524363029621243745447086044286.jpg 1552436325108427987253288681488.jpg
