^ Dude that is some excellent char on the outside. Did you pre-sear the outside then bake or did that thing just crisp up that nicely in the oven?
Just crisped up in the oven. It has a homemade glaze. brown sugar, maraschino cherry juice, and pineapple juice heated up on the stove till sugar melts then coat it on the ham. Been that way in the family for a while.
