Stir-frys are great , we just got a chinese food mart here and Im ready to pick-up a few things ....dont forget the fish sauce & fresh ginger (its a chinese secret)

I worked at a "We make everything restaurant" long ago and took a crash course in chinese food . These were some of the ingredients that us "whiteys" leave out ....

So I finally went with True Nutrition. I actually customized my own powder. I hope it turns out good. I went with 70% Egg White Protien & 30% Beef Protien Isolate. I know I know, it sounds horrible.lol I added the flavor Chocolate Peanut Butter to it. When I added the flavor it didn't change the label at all. I went with Egg White and Beef protein because I've read that your body actually absorbs 95-100% of the protein.
The label says its 120 Cal .1g Fat .7g Carbs 25.5g protein

Yeah that's the problem. I'm not sure if it works for me. First time using them and there isn't any trust yet. Who's to say that they actually made the custom protien I designed accurate? FDA doesn't regulate these protien powder facilities so they can slap anything on the label. That's why I try to get most of my protien from food
I hear you on that bro. Its hard to fake real wholesome nutritious food.
