The kids and wife eat to so it’s not all mine. But yea I’m definitely bulking up a bit
carb city. Left over sauce, pasta and the world's tiniest meatballsPlan was flank steak but my fridge is at Mac capacity. I can't have two nights of leftovers in there.
Ive got enough frozen hamburger & mixed veggies plus rice to make this meal for a year , plus enough flour & yeast to make homemade bread for several years ! Yum- fresh bread !

Theres a million bread recipes but I like to use the ones dont call for milk (just simpler)

My kid is turning 26 tomorrow. Fucking crazy. Lost in the noise is that milestone. We are going to do our thing for him here but it's a little overshadowed by life's curve balls. A sangria thing (the wife) and a whole lotta weed (me) on the horizon, that's for sure!

Enjoy the day as best you can, my son turned 25 on March 3.. we went out for a Medieval Times dinner, it was a great time but damn had me feeling old..
The wife was working the spuds. Amazing. Steak was good, cheap. Getting restless these days, getting some weights out of storage tomorrow.

4 jumbo eggs, two egg whites and some bacon. Going on a few wood pallet runs and getting some wood from the forest cut up and pulled out for tonight : )

Ribs for dinner, turned out great. Had some Mac and cheese with Cholula on it as well. Looks like the food threads birthday is coming up in a week or so. We all got to bring our A game on April 6th.
