Made up a bunch of burgers, turkey dogs, wings, steak tips on the traeger on Sunday. The mother in law made macaroni and potato salad. Lost some cash playing diver against my kid and his friend. Good day.

Made a double cheeseburger snack with leftovers. DKB roll, excellent.

Brother caught some salmon over the weekend. Smoked it for him last night on the traeger. Came out great, bit too much salt in the brine I think, but still tasty

I've been eating the shit out of the frozen fillets from Costco. 3 pounds for 20 bucks. The Mahi Mahi is good too.

I bought beef ribs from Piedmontese.com and expected to get a 4 rib section, like I'm accustomed to. I got two full racks... Could barely fit them in my fridge, much less my freezer. So, that's my Friday...
