I usually make a batch, 6 dinners for the week. Has been one of my favorite go to’s. Dinner is the only thing I’ll prepare/prep for the week. My wife usually makes fun of me for spending 4hours a day in the kitchen eating/making food :D

Finished over white rice. Add a bit of sugar free BBQ sauce, and some sharp shredded cheddar.

I just ordered some meal trays on Amazon. The wife is ready to lose some weight and wants to do pre-planned meals so I suggested meal trays . We will see how long this lasts...:rolleyes:
 
I actually tossed these bones after the marrow was gone...

I made way too much bone broth one time and got kinda sick of it. I used to add it to rice... The marrow part is really good if you like beef. If you don't like beef, it's probably too rich... And you're also probably a pussy. :)



I know I probably eat way too much beef but its a choice I make , I can only eat so much chicken . Beef is still my go-to food...
