What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

@MindlessWork and anyone that wants to get really cut fast I highly recommend 3J at http://www.3jsdiet.com/

Ive recommended him before here only because what he did for me 2 yrs ago and what Ive seen him do to other guys (and gals) the guy is inbelieveable and you will not look the same after 12 weeks of his private tutoring ....

He has sculptured many amateur BB winners and pro"s too all listen to him . Expect to spend $200-$300 for an average 12-week diet/tutoring but pre-contestants spend $500 and up for his advice ....its worth it !He will monitor your diet/training and AAS use and make suggestions which way to go .And after 12 weeks he will always be there to help you . I always suggest 3J to anyone thats serious about cutting ....

I second this, this guy knows his shit, and uses similar carb reduction/cycling I posted in JB/Brutus's log. The thing is he takes it to a whole other level, so if you are in contest prep and its your first rodeo, check him out.

OGH-- I always intend to post in your thread, by the time I get over here there are 10 pages to read and its so damn entertaining looking at food and hearing about all of your experiences. An hour goes by and I realize I have to go cook myself..

Last, has anyone tried this new greek yogurt? 120 cals 15g protein 7 sugars, bunch of flavors. Check it out, its good!

Im the same way with my little boy. How old are yours @sweebeanz my boy just turned 6 an my little princess is 1 1/2. Man they grow fast. I cant believe its already been 6 years since he was just a little infant lol. Hes getting stronger though. He likes picking up the coffee table then flexing lmfao. Hes so damn funny. @MindlessWork I hope my boy is into the same things as me when he gets older but if not its all good an ill still be proud of him with no matter what he chooses to do in life.
I have a 6 year old as well,7 in march. And my little monster is 14 months <he's certified nuts>lol, so you and I are very close my friend.
