I may do a log soon but I'm sure I'll suck at it. I hate logging all my food and workouts. But if I did it would probably take me to a whole new beast level.

It's very tedious, but allows you to go back and see how you've progressed.
My sister was going 60mph and was hit T-bone style by a guy who had ran a stop sign . She had brain swelling from side impact , also broken hip and dislocated leg/foot . It was very painful for her and the pain was so bad a drug induced coma was used until swelling came down . She had Oxycodone in her system but it was legal amount and part of her daily dose (previous back injury) . Shes now looking at months of PT , Im probably going back in a month or two . Its been a few weeks of hell , glad to be back....
