No Libido on TRT after trying PCT

So i was on 105mg test prop / week for about 8-9 months in 2024, before that on 150 enanthate for about 1.5-2 years.
Libido was fine, best on prop, but never a problem, always worked when i was with my gf.



Dec 2024 Dropped Trt

January 2025 Using Homeopathy as PCT (worked well)

April 2025 Tapered off Homeopathy

Mid May 2025 Libido Crash/
Sex went well, then went soft.
Almost no libido from then on

Start TRT again in June 2025

No libido until Vacation

End July 2025 Libido normal in Vacation with GF

Since then Libido is almost very low, even on TRT

When i added the homeopathy shortly back it brought back Libido to normal, but then went back to zero.

Idk what caused this, probably psychological, maybe the homeopathy.

The test prop used for trt was the same the whole time, same batch

I can get fully hard with enough stimulation, or porn, thats why i think the libido is psychological.

Any people with advice or similar experiences that fixed their problem would be very appreciated.

ok. a lot of people use that word incorrectly but it sounds like its actually being used correctly here. i was curious what a homeopathic remedy for PCT would be, and it does make sense that a tiny bit of test is the route to go.

as for the libido. have you done bloodwork?

imo you should get all the major hormonal markers and their cousins checked.

total test, free test, bioavailable test, e2, dheas, progesterone, dht, stuff like that.

free test 200pg/ml
e2 22pg/ml
dht 31ng/dl

so everything besides dht and e2 was on high end. tried proviron for 2 weeks, didnt do shit, so not dht thats causing it

off trt and on the homeopathy my test was like 500 or so but libido was pretty good.

plus my e2 was 146 at one point 2 years ago and 5 at another and my libido was fine, maybe lower but not like this

yeah my only idea would be those other related hormonal markers.

could always try flying blind and supplementing with dhea and pregnenolone

for me personally, small daily supplement of those two keeps me relatively level and my libido high

I don't see how an immune response is relevant here.

In the same way I don't understand how replacing testosterone tells the balls to make more of it.

7mg dbol is considered replacement therapy, you're not getting the nuts started again doing that.

Its a testosterone hormone diluted to a tiny amount. Diluted 1:99 9 times.

I wanted to get off trt and just restore my normal levels, but that obviously failed in may so i thought i could just get back on trt. idk what caused the fact that trt isnt doing the job it did before anymore.

idk how it works, but it worked. put my libido to normal, felt normal, testosterone numbers were normal. tapered it off over a month and a month after while fucking i went soft (so before going soft everything went normal, thats why i think it may be psychological) and since then have very low libido, only sporadically normal, while on trt
