Well no big lift for me tomorrow. :(
I just got a call for work and I'm leaving at 530am to go out of state for a day or two. Guess it will happen Monday
 
Meat muffins: ground turkey, eggs, and rice for quick protein throughtout they day and a few carbs to make it complete...use old bay or something because if you dont it will tase like styrofoam. Learned this from my mma cousin.image.jpg
