What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Gritty and not that great at first. When you get beef protein over 30% its gritty. Also egg white powder is very salty. I pay extra for extra flavoring. I actually love it now but at first it was different

Gonna be a big carb day today. I plan on maxing out tomorrow on bench. I just have to know where I'm at.

Correction I don't like trannies. I love them. I can tell the difference that protein has done for me. You'll like it but it's differnt at first and very gritty. It's kinda of expesive for the amount you get and it takes true nutrition almost 2 damn weeks to get me my orders. Anyway pay the dollar extra for flavor.

I'm struggling with 225x3 and your repping 405 *sigh*. I know, I know time under tension and lots of hard work. I'll get there.

Folks , Im in the FUNK . Cant seem to get it together lately training wise, its weird how shit can get you down and keep you down long after the problem is over . Been off cycle for over 100 days too and that alone will depress you , feeling /looking weak .

I think I"ll take a few more weeks off and diet some more and mtn bike & ATV ....

I have always been addicted to something so I knew when I got sober I had to find a hobby. Well I found one but while I'm in the gym I have flash backs of all the misery I caused others and it makes me push so fucking hard. I'm serious, there's times I fucking yell in the gym pushing that shit up. There's also times I'll be done with a work out and go to leave and then something reminds me of something shity I did to someone and I'll March my ass back up stairs to take it out on the iron. Iron is my therapy. my mind is a sick place bro and I would be fucked with out lifting

Get it together bud. Get out of your pity party and lift some iron. All is well now and by the grace of God your sister is recovering. We need you back on cycle and doing your thing around here

Seems to be a pretty common among us gear heads. I know I had the same experience and well over half my friends on here were dope heads and fuck ups before lifting. Keep it going.

Similar stories, coke and alcohol for me. Sobered up, found a new addiction in bodybuilding. I 100% get the mind being a bad neighborhood thing.

Take a few more days off, then start mtn biking few times a week, then full body workouts couple times a week. Before long you will be right back in the swing of things. I bet you got some kickass places to ride mtn bikes!!

As soon as I get back from Australia (got some waxing to do;)), I will head out west to go mtn biking with you.
