What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Been busy with other projects, but it's time to prep my smoker after seeing all the smoked meats lately. A few pics from last summer party of the year at a friends place where I cooked pulled pork, sliced beef brisket, chicken leg quarters, and even some venison.image.jpgimage.jpg Looking forward to more of that this year.

my buddy's smoke house , he can smoke a cpl hundred pounds of meat at a time. Where i live its very common to have a big smoke house to smoke wild pigs, yummy[emoji4]
