Hahaha, it's blue low calorie Gatorade!! I only buy the blue and red G2, purple sucks. My son calls the blue Captain America drink and the red Iron Man so supposedly it is the drink of superheroes.

I know that tough guy! my breakfasts are never my biggest and never have been. It's my 4 other meals I'm good at. I got this down, don't be hating!

post workout meal! Two buffalo patties on top of some brown rice and topped off with a fried egg and a little bit of teriyaki sauce. And a nice organic salad!!
After a hard workout this really hit da spot[emoji4]
