Same as always. Protein pancakes. .. slight twist though. ..
Standard 8oz egg whites with 1 scoop of powder, chose unflavored this time.
Added 3 Tbsp of Walden Farms zero cal Caramel Syrup and 2 packets of Stevia.
Tasted amazing even before topping it with the Walden Farms zero call Maple syrup. .. mouthgasm!
Gotta be!That's how Vanilla Gorilla got so big ; must be dem pancakes , lol
Zero calorie stuff usually actually has some calories if it's under 10 per serving they can label it 0 so when you. Use that much it adds up just an FYI.![]()
You can call it inspiration, you can call it boredom... But whatever it is, who doesn't like playing with their food? I figured I have a 50 gram shake every morning with my oatmeal and my berries, so why not just replace part of that 50 gram shake with the eggs that I used to make pancakes at night? I only get a few extra grams of protein, not going to be anything to worry about. Then I added some 0 Cal chocolate syrup, 0 Cal marshmallow cream and a dash of cinnamon to make like a s'mores pancake.. I then layered my oatmeal and berries in between each pancake with little drizzle of the zero calorie maple syrup. I figured it's about time I have a real breakfast lol.
And a lot of sucralose. Youre probably better off with regular sugar or none at all. Too each his own.Zero calorie stuff usually actually has some calories if it's under 10 per serving they can label it 0 so when you. Use that much it adds up just an FYI.
Same here. Gorilla - lay it out for us.And a lot of sucralose. Youre probably better off with regular sugar or none at all. Too each his own.
Wouldnt mind knowing how those pancakes are made..dont look bad at all.

Also, they can label as 0 in the total cal count but still have to show if there is an caloric count in the breakdown... i.e.Zero calorie stuff usually actually has some calories if it's under 10 per serving they can label it 0 so when you. Use that much it adds up just an FYI.
Im a palumbo fan. Is that isolyze any good?Perhaps in large doses yes it adds up... and a bit of artificial sweetener is better for my diet than sugar... I may be fat nowadays but I was a Sports and health Science Major, with a focus on Nutrition... just started working on the road and giving no fucks, washing everything down with Captain Morgan's Private Stock.
But a serving size of any of it is a quarter cup.... not but maybe a total serving in the whole meal.
The pancakes are simple... 8oz of egg whites (7 large egg whites if you have to seperate) and 1 scoop of whey protein. I prefer Species Isolyze Chocolate Peanut butter cup. Toss it in the shaker , spray a pan set to 8 on the stove top, pour in like normal pancake batter and cook accordingly. Something like 56 grams of protein and 1.4 grams of carbs
I did. 2 posts before you asking...Alright gorilla spit out recipe.... that is my new favorite breakfast
