First attempt at some chicken sorrentto. It smells yummy. Fingers crossed.

Like I said I used Dewalt for years but one day I picked up a Milwaukee drill and it damn near broke my arm. I wasn't ready for that kind of torque. When you compare the specs Milwaukee is superior. Work smarter not harder

Set for a week. 14 6oz chicken (cooked), 12 1 cup beans, 8 1 cup jasmine rice. I never do more than three cups of dry rice, as I don't like to freeze it.
Nice 700 cal dinner. Those beans are addictive.

You put brown rice or white and just push a button and comes out perfect. Not to mention now I can steam my salmon and veggies.

I have one of the plastic cheapies gathering dust. Doesn't do rice, and has a massive amount of clean-up. There's like 9 plastic parts and divider rings and shit every time you use it. That looks much better design, like i'd actually use it.
Steamed rice is so much tastier. The gains are so nicely separated. Restaurant quality every time (because that's what they use usually).
Atta boy! That's how I prep too. Ziploc bags for meal prep is where it's at. Cheap and easy.
What's the cook time on 2 cups dry rice in one of those? I cook my jasmine rice in the microwave for 20 minutes and it comes out perfect.Life just got so much easier.

I cook mine in the Microwave at 14 mins. Comes out perfect every time.
Cook time on 2 cups of brown rice is 45. min and for white rice it's 28. What's awesome about it is that 3 and 4 cups worth only adds 2 mins to the cook time. Can't wait to meal prep with it. I mainly bought it to cook big batches of brown rice.
That's one badass little beast there!

Yeah I really wanna try cooking rice in it while the fish and veggies are steaming above it but I already know it's gonna definitely probably make my rice taste and smell fishy. It would make life so easy though. I'll try it and report back in a few days
