It's a rare occasion I get to cook steaks at the house. My gf isn't a fan of them. I know I know, I should dump her. lol

I love this dish. I could eat ham an eggs all day lol. Wish I had some shredded cheddar to throw on top.

This has become my go to meal all week. I wrap the egg and ham up in a tortilla with some cheese and salsa. Good stuff.

I hear ya. My fridge always looks like a meat locker with all the different packets of animals thawing out.

Yes sir! The entire bottom of my fridge is meat. I have two large plastic trays I store it all on. At any given time I have cooked and raw salmon, elk, chicken, and beef all laid out and ready to eat or cook.

Elk, deer, and antelope are the main game. There are a few bison hunts available, but they're not free ranging and therefore of no interest to me.

I'll trade elk for salmon, but I suspect you have plenty of elk to go around!

Agree, especially the spear fishing variety of fishermen.
