What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

So heres my new protein powder recipe, not just whey protein .....

1 part - Bobs Red Mill unflavored whey protein
1 part - nonfat dry milk (casein protein)
1 part - NOW powder egg whites
Nestle Quik Chocolate or strawberry , flavor to taste (optional)

This should provide over 30gms complete protein per serving and should be low cal/carbs without the Quik....
Hmm I just might make my own whey shakes with this...fuck going to walmart :)
 
Im not gonna rub it in because the first 3 qrtr Hawks were terrible , but they got a couple lucky breaks , the onside kick being the first . Seattle didnt win-Green Bay lost ....

Sausage and peppers.. I actually had 3.. Plus a bag of Tostitos alternating between queso and salsa.. Also a big bag of sour patch kids.. I did however opt for a 6 pack of light beer opposed to heavy calorie craft beers!! :)

I've been bad, very bad today.. 40min of high intensity cardio after training tomorrow.. :(

I had all of the above minus the candy. And It was good
