Hmm I just might make my own whey shakes with this...fuck going to walmartSo heres my new protein powder recipe, not just whey protein .....
1 part - Bobs Red Mill unflavored whey protein
1 part - nonfat dry milk (casein protein)
1 part - NOW powder egg whites
Nestle Quik Chocolate or strawberry , flavor to taste (optional)
This should provide over 30gms complete protein per serving and should be low cal/carbs without the Quik....
