@OdieM you look like what I call a SEXASOARUSREX! You ol pervert you! Looking good. And those body fat machines are garbage, you need to sit inside a bod pod tank for accurate results or underwater.

Your workout though looks fine . obviously you want to change up here and there to keep your body guessing. But your doing it right it seems!

Thank god im nearly done. Shit sucks. You start looking at any thing with sugar in it like its the most delicious thing in the world. Lol . I never have that craving when I bulk.

Yes brother. When I get home from the gym in the evenings I am pooped and I know that I gave that day everything I had. 1 hr workout in the morning and 1.5 - 2 hrs in the evening.

I had tendinitis so freaking bad in my elbow 6 months ago. I literally couldn't even curl 15 lbs with my left arm. I still worked out. I just worked around it. I did very slow movements on everything. Anyways, thats probably the best thing that could of ever happened to me. It got me in the routine of nice slow movements that give the best freaking insane pumps. Used to I would grab weight that I had no business grabbing and I would do a lot of jerking. Thats what caused my injury. I could do that shit when I was younger but father time is after me now. I still feel the elbow pain on Back and Bi days. Its not a proven fact but I know that deca has helped my elbow a lot.

Really though OGH's thread and you guys have inspired me to cook more. It's so hard to do where I live cause we have so many options of restaurants. This thread helped clean up my diet. I EAT ALL FREAKING DAY LONG.
