That's right brother ebk!! That's just the start to my day. Hitting the gym shortly then will be hitting at least four-five more whole food meals. Throw some fish and elk in there today and of course my Jasmine rice and some healthy fats!
 
8 oz. chicken, 1 avocado, and salsa. First time I tried this and I have to say it was delicious! Would be a great stand alone meal without the rice for a keto meal!

That is what I shall have for lunch today. love me some avocado!!

Avocado is just about the best kind of fat there is , right there with Flaxseed,Macadamian and Extra virgin Olive oil.....

Remember good fats support your sex hormones ;)
 
IMO egg whites are the secret to getting nice gains. I forget the exact number, but when you drink a protien shake your body may only absorb HALF of what the label says. Thats why you run to the bathroom. Your body is getting rid of stuff it didn't absorb. Now your body will absorb 90-100% of egg whites. I try to make an omelet in the morning and I have 2 shakes through out the day and they both have 1/2 cup of egg whites in them.
 
I got this one from BodyBuidingDOTcom. But they are resellers for INTERNATIONAL. If I go through them again I will just go directly through them. I buy 2 gallons at a time and they ship them frozen and iced down. Once I recieve them they are still frozen and I have to let it thaw out.

I just discovered MUSCLE EGG. They actually have flavors. Im not interested in flavors but they are cheaper
