What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Man I've fallen off my eating for 5-6 days and damn if I haven't also had the last few workout session be crap too. I'm always surprised for some reason how nutrition and water intake affect training after a few days.
Today back on track and already feeling better, lots of water, watched the salt and sugar intake.
3x - chicken/rice w Mac oil
2x - shakes (milk, protein powder, banana and peanut butter) <= I don't normally drink this many calories but I'm struggling a bit with appetite
I Seriously feel 100% better already
 
Chopped up some veggies to add to chicken and rice today. Onions, bell pepper, garlic, carrots and celery. At this point you can freeze some of them fresh and chopped for later use. They may be a little soggy after defrosting but its the price for convenience. Throw this into a pot with 4T good olive oil, salt/pepper and some cayenne and cook until softish. Once cooled it will keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks. Add a scoop to anything anytime for extra flavor!! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1426881913.330093.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426881924.842641.jpg
Oh use a food processor to chop if you have one... 1/4 of the time
 
Hey guys, for some reason I've only looked in here a few times. For a while now though I've been moaning about my food and the need to change it up a bit. For some reason I didn't put two and two together and remember that there are a heap of guys here doing the same thing.
Look forward to seeing how guys keep the food clean, but with some taste. Great stuff I see already :)

I encourage guys to post whatever they feel like , from chicken & rice (#1 food here) to steak & lobster or pepperoni pizza or 1/4 pounders . Some guys are bulking , some cutting , some dont care ....all good
