I have a very boring diet, and it's essentially the same every day unless I go out to dinner, which I usually do once a week. Not sure about nutrient details, but here's what I eat:
Meal 1: 2.25 scoops of whey protein, ~ 380 calories and 55 grams protein
Meal 2: 3 whole eggs mixed with 16 oz of egg whites, scrambled. Topped with half siracha half ketchup (amazing combo on eggs), an apple, and a banana.
Meal 3: 2.25 scoops of whey protein, same as above.
Meal 4: costco large can on albacore tuna, 12 oz., half cup of pistachios.
Meal 5: 2.25 scoops of whey protein, same as above.
Meal 6: 16 oz of turkey breast, freshly carved. Costco sells 2 pound turkey breasts that are pre-cooked and delicious. Just slice and eat, very clean., then another half cup of pistaccios.
Note: I drink a lot of water during the day, and only water, no juice or any other kind of drink except for a double espresso every day in the morning.
I'm in the process of losing weight right now, so if anyone has any advice on how I can improve the diet I'm open to suggestions. So far progress has been slow and steady, but another pound a week would be nice lol
Way too many protein drinks there my friend .IMO. Some guys like me just do one or two max whey drinks a day . And none on off days .
Chicken & Rice . Steak . Eggs . Fish
