Off subject Added a ton of cardio and core work.
@OdieM you gave me the idea of doing 2x days, it's not officially 2x but it's regular workout in the morning and cardio/core/abs at night.
2adays are so rough at first. Almost every morning you wanna say fuck it. After 2 weeks though you will feel amazing. Bro fight for it. If you've seen my progress pics it was definitely worth it for me. I will say that it did start effecting my work. I just didn't have any gas left in the tank after a while. Good luck bro. I think you will be fine cause I was lifting twice a day where your not
Edit: actually I lifted twice a day EOD and the days in between I did cardio and abs
