What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I know I've posted a few times about Fat free Greek yogurt... I've found it to be the best condiment I could ever use, and it is absurdly versatile.... But just had to throw this out because it is awesome:
I ran out of my fat free Plain Greek Yogurt, all that's left is my wife's Vanilla flavored..... mixed it with some some Sriracha, it's like the worlds best Sweet and Spicy sauce!

Figured I had to share. It surprised the hell outta me.
I've been using it as a sour cream replacement for years, i actually like it better than the sour cream!!!!

Breakfast- 1 cup of oatmeal ( added blueberries to it after I took the pic), 6 strips of turkey bacon, 3/4 cup of egg whites and a glass of milk

I also had a 2 scoop shake with 1/2 cup of egg whites in it after my workout. Plus I've had a 100% all natural protein bar with almond butter on it. I will have Banana Nut cereal in a minute and a Casein shake before bed. Yeah buddy lets get it

Sometime in the next few days ill sit down and figure out the nutrtional value of all this because i will be eating a lot more of it through out this cycle.

Damn what are you eating? Just chicken and rice or something? All my meals are just protien, carbs and veggies. Nothing special really.
 
Alrighty , killed it in the gym today , sometimes a guy needs a break from his home gym to remind him why he's doing this (mouths dropped when I hit the dip bars ) lol.
I might have lost some size in my pecs and legs from being gear-dormant , but my delts and triceps are still a popping. Especially on a "old dude" like myself ....:rolleyes: ~Ogh
 
Sometimes you need to step away from bodybuilding to recharge and recoup, I try to take a break at once a year , although this last one was really a 2 monther because of my sisters accident . Still I feel great and I got my pump back ....
probably cycle next month , anyone have a favorite of the month PM me , Im still scoping for some strange ???....;) ~Ogh

I took a week off for my CABO trip. Ate like a starving Ethiopian and drank like a full blown alcoholic (which I was a few years ago). 8 lbs lost and am determined to get it back. Craving a drink like a fish but being back in the gym is keeping my head straight. I'm sure I'll have it back in a couple weeks. Never again will I take that much time off and especially kill my hard work with boose..... But I did have a good fucking time!!!!!!

You know what EBK ? After about a month of no workouts a drink starts sounding like a good thing....BAD ! BAD ! BAD ! Thats "stinkin thinkin" and that leads to a drunk for me . Thats also why I had to get back in the gym in a hurry !! :)

Your Cabo trip was epic ; as was Beanz. I forgive (envy) both of you !! lol
 
photo.JPG Check this out , I found this low hour 1985 Honda 200x on my last trip for $400 in Cali . Just had to put a clutch in her (done)
, the clutch went out 25 years ago and they just put it in storage . Time Capsule Machine ! She runs great and has hardly a scratch on her, headed for the Dunes this evening ....Gotta Love 3-Wheelers !!
