What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I'm not a mind reader! What is it!

Swee you are a master in the kitchen so while you may not be a mind reader you could probably guess pretty damned good hahaha.

The chicken cutlets are seasoned with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, tumeric, coriander, and curdamon (spelling?). Sometimes I'll add some chilli powder, adobo, sazon, or paprika. Once seasoned, coat them with flour and then dip them in a whisked egg and milk mixture. Cost them with either crushed ritz crackers or crushed Kellogg corn flakes. Place them in a Pyrex dish and lightly pour some extra virgin olive oil in them. Bake in oven at 375ish for about 30min. Flip them when they're about halfway done.

The potatoes are just sliced up in anyway you want, seasoned with salt and black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and fresh crushed garlic and lemon juice. Bake at 375-400 for 30 or so minutes or until done.

Rice and lentils: just make them like you do regular rice but use twice as much lentils as rice. Also blacken some onion slices in olive oil and garnish the rice and lentils with.

Salad: same as in my other post

I appreciate the props doc. and I love the take on baking with corn flakes! Seems like it's been popular lately? Or maybe I'm just new to it.

I have no idea anyone used corn flakes before. I've tried it with ouster crackers, Melba toast, toasted pita, etc. My two favorites are corn flakes and ritz crackers lol

I love it when diabolical creations merge fruit and animal together.

I'm warning you big Trukk, you might not want to look at the pics when it's all said and done. I'm coming after you to make you cave lol. After wards we can eat donuts, ice cream, and brownies together while watching fat ppl at walmart from the parking lot while sitting in beach chairs sipping coronas and Heineken's.
