What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Breakfast:
Protein powder
Banana
Non fat milk
Organic peanut butter
6 oz beef
Coffee

Lunch
Peanuts
Chicken
Sweet potato
 
Are any of you guys big crock pot users? I have one but never use it, I feel like it would be perfect for some good bodybuilding meals. Any recipes?
I throw a whole chicken with carrots and cut baby potatoes into it after putting a bit of water in the bottom then sprinkling salt and spice all over. Set timer for 8 hours so that it's ready when I get home. Chicken is so tender it falls off the bone :)
