Anyone got interesting ideas w immitation crab meat? Wifey and I went to Sams club yesterday and bought some healthy food to try and she wants to try beans 5 square meals a day thing. She liked the idea.

I ate 8 eggs, stuffed biscut, sausage gravy, side of bacon, 4 pcs toast, double hash browns, half chicken, rack of ribs, 2 ceasar salads, boiled yucca, 2 rolls, an entire rotisserie chicken, half a gallon of milk and three protein shakes today. Still fell short on calories. Fml
Just chugged a bottle of Kiefer and a quart of milk. 1200 cals- that is how you do. Sleep time my friends. 7000+ for the day.1/2 gallon shy of a full day for you.

Excellent complex carb- one of the best. Taste? It's ok. I honestly enjoy food very little these days- 6-7k a day has my favorite meal being the one I skip. Thank god for Pollo tropical.... I still enjoy it and eat there five times a week 2 meals at a time.Is yucca any good?
quite amazing how when your 200 to 230 you think you have to eat a lot. Then the magic day comes when your are over 250 and muscled then its a chore to eat...Excellent complex carb- one of the best. I look at people like heath or Kai and wonder how the fuck they eat all that food. The most important part of the "genetics" people are so fond of attributing to their success is being hungry all the time.
