What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

4 eggs/bacon & steel cut oats . Going for a BOR (bent over row ) PR today .
I got the PR . BOR with 250 for 3 reps x 3 sets. And yes there was some swinging and partial dead lifting involved , but the first few reps were clean . The tren comes thru again . Today's pec/delt day so I will be trying for PR"s again today and then this will be a wrap up for me on the tren cycle . Go to my tren log for the final wrap up ...
