OGH, my man, if I can do this in 10 weeks, you can can have abs back in 7Looks like Alaska wants me back for a winter job , probably next month . And Im at my fattest in over 5 years my friends , 215lbs (I should be 180) with a 39" gut , I over-ate this cycle. And I dont even have decent tan this year , stuck in a truck . But Im also at my strongest even 10 days after tren cycle . But I gotta get my weight down/cardio right before or no health pass ....
Im posting todays fatty pic in both my threads hopes of public humiliation/redemption....~Ogh

It takes balls and commitment to post a pic like that. Not going to sugar coat it but you'll need to put in some hard work to change things around. Luckily you already know what that entails so it's on,y a matter of going through with it. You got this so I'm expecting a progress pic in 2-3months time showing some significant improvements![]()

Thanks Doc , I really piled it on this time . The threadmill & mountain bike have been dusted off and the wifey can only feed me eggs/sm ham/chicken/turkey/sm rice & apples & oranges only for sweets . Plus Shredded wheat/almond milk & Metamucil for fiber ...

Breakfast Tacos.
