Ok after I eat my lunch I'll post up something for you. One time I got cilantro instead of parsley accidentally.....yea that was quite the experience lol
A lot of Lebanese and Dominican/Puerto Rican food Mana. Two of my favorite cuisines n
Ok here goes:
1) take a good handful, something like 1/8 cup or less of bulgur/wheat germ the finely ground kind, and put it in a bowl. Put enough water to just cover the bulgur and let it sit while you prep the rest of the stuff. It needs time to absorb the water and soften up.
2) finely chop up 2 bunches of parsley. If you use more adjust he amounts accordingly. 1-1 1/2 large tomatoes cut into small cubes, 1 medium yellow or Vidalia onion. You can also chop some scallions but not needed. Toss them into the bowl wih the bulgur
3) add salt, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil to taste. You want enough to leave some juice at the bottom and soak into all the veggies
4) some ppl use a dash of black pepper or allspice. I don't but know many who do. You can also add a bit of pomegranate syrup to it which makes it more Turkish style tabouleh. This is how my mom and I make it. Most my other family make it without or the Syrian style.
5) mix it up well and adjust salt, lemon juice and oil to taste.

Chicken was all 1.98 a pound..... steak was 5 and change... but yeah, great deal!! Dude told me he'd give me the fajita chicken for 1.98 a pound instead of the usual 3.98.... so i snagged 30lbs of it lol
