OGH what's your diet plan for losing this weight and do you have a goal of the timeframe?
Your looking at it here. Cereal or eggs/ham in the morning w/ chicken & veggies/fruit for lunch & another meal or two . Occasional beef,pork,fish for dinner. A few whey protein drinks on workout days which is 6 days a week . 2000 cal/day 200-250pro/50-150carbs/75-100fat
Should be lean in 90 days , thats 1/3 lb/day. I might try my hand at a PL meet in 3 months just to get experience .
