Tortilla encrusted chicken with rice and avocado. I think the best diner special I've ever had.

was low on ground turkey so i had get it up to 10oz with a bit of the wife's tofu.
Sick of ground turkey? Hit it with a table spoon of peanut butter and a splash of soy sauce in the pan.
Nothing special on the rest, just plain ol' sweettatters and broc.
