Been at my folks camp on the lake all weekend living off their grill. Between their breakfast and the burgers I probably gained a few lbs.

Finished Labor Day off with a fest that I will never forget.

Boiled ( Cajun style ) Shrimp, crab, sausage, corn on cob and red potatoes.

Throwing these on the grill in a few minutes. I am sad to say though my beloved grill has taken a beating this summer. I have ordered replacement burners and they are due in within a few days, it will have a thorough cleaning/ overhaul and a few holes patched then back to business as usual.

Thats funny, i will only use best foods mayo but my buddy from Texas will only use miracle whip. Now it makes sense lol!!!!

Ha..people up north do eat miracle whip too. But theyre odd folk, you wouldnt want near your children, and are a little uncomfortable to be around..

I have been getting this stuff at Costco. Im done with flour, i hate what it does to my guts. This stuff digests great!
The wife has been throwing the sprouts inn the frying pan with a little sesame oil and garlic lately, can't get enough!
