I'm on a roll today! This is so fucking good!!!! I'm a sucker for sautéed mushrooms. No oil, just coated em in butter flavored PAM and a sprinkle of Garlic Salt. Let em soften up a bit, then toss the steak with its marinade in so the flavors meld together...... I want to go smash some weights today, even though it's rest day :(


Oh, and I thought this was funny....

My dessert..... a bottle of black cherry lime Crystal Light to wash down the last of my supps for the day.... followed by a lip full of Grizz Wintergreen; )

That looks delicious! Oddly enough, it's been the opposite with me as my wife gets further along being prego, I've been doing the cooking more often lol.

Except Salmon. I won't touch it, I don't want to mess it up, so she still cooks all that :)

Mine is 39 weeks and is getting up every morning at 5am to make me a nutribullet, pack my lunch and then drive me to work cause i cant get a carpark near my jobsite. She only finished working full time a week ago
 
I have been having trouble eating enough and finally made all my cals for the day. I went home and ate everything in the fridge including the ice and light bulb. The only thing I did not eat were the little packets from the Chinese take out. I still can't figure out why the wife saves them. I need to go shopping now

Salmon omelette post workout/ breakfast. 4 eggs 2 salmon fillets chilli olive oil and pepper. Don't normally use 2 fillets just had to make room in my freezer. Was Dam good with 2 fillets tho lol.

350 protein , 350carbs and 100 fat. I usually hit about 275 protein, 150carbs and 150fat but now that i am trying to get stronger i just upped it. The only carbs I eat are steamed veggies. Plain tuna, chicken, eggs and yogurt are my protien Nuts and cheese are my fats. I eat very simple. It was a struggle dropping down from 318lbs that I fear carbs. I plan on a week of 350/350/100 and hope I don't put on fat.
 
I watched this cooking show a few months ago where this dude cooked his steaks on the grill for two mins ea side, then throws 'em in the cast iron skillet w/ butter to finish 'em off. I cooked mine too long though. :( Used the butter in the skillet on the potatoes and broccoli.

That cat weighs 20lbs...she doesn't eat steak!!
