Grilled chicken breast, blackened salmon, steamed zucchini and a beef steak tomato
 
Yogurt-Blue Cheese Salad Dressing (also a fantastic dip for buffalo wings)

2 cloves of garlic
10 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cups plain, unsweetened, FULL FAT yogurt (do not even THINK about low/no-fat or that vanilla-flavored shit!)
8 oz crumbled blue cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Put the garlic, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, salt, and 4 oz (half) the blue cheese in a blender/food processor and process until smooth. Add the yogurt and pulse until well-mixed. Add the other 4 oz of blue cheese and process briefly to mix (but not blend).

Parcel out 1/2 cup units into snack zip-lock bags, squeezing out any extra air. Set aside/refrigerate what you think you'll use near-term and freeze the rest. Thaw the frozen ones in cold water for a few minutes when you want more.

Makes 10 1/2-cup servings, each with about 16 grams of fat.
 
Got another 15 pounds of top sirloin. And I've got 30 more pounds of that fajita marinated steak coming next week. Grilled up a couple of steaks for second breakfast, just a little garlic salt and lemon pepper slap it on the grill. The rice I used some beef bullion, a little thyme, some garlic powder and onion powder.
