I got a Costco membership today and I'm not SUPER impressed. Prices are definitely higher than sams. As I've been a sams member for a year. Some nicer things then sams some not. Blah

I hear ya. I was always a SAMs member until I made the switch to Costco a few months back. I definitely like Costco more then SAMs but it's not all that. If it wasn't for the cheap egg whites I probably wouldn't even have a membership there

Oh and I love how costcos bags of chicken has their chicken individual wrapped. It makes defrosting them easy. Their bags of salmon is cheap to.
The steaks were pretty nice and the seafood was far better but honestly prices are definitely higher.

I have yet to buy a steak there and I probably never will. You can't beat Walmart's prices on steaks. I do buy my ground turkey and bison from costcos though. I also buy lamb shanks from there every now and then.

Ok boys here it is, smoked for 8 hours today... what a great day to be outside, the temperature was perfect. Smoked salmon ,smoked sausages, Boston but and a couple slabs of ribs.

On the other end of the US , namely Alaska we got salmon patties cooked to perfection , they were great .....
I mixed a few lbs of baked salmon flaked , with 4 eggs and crackers , onions and seasonings

I had to make today my cheat day. , Im so carbed up from the 5 cookies , or was that 6 cookies ? Hmm, how about 7 , I'm trying for 400 plus carbs today to to refill reserves .

I might do another 12 weeker , just 500 test-c to try out Pharmacoms cyp. I'm already doing TRT on D"s stuff. So far so good, one month on (150mg/wk)
