What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

You look good and cut , gotta be 10%bf or under . That where I'm headed , extreme leaness . It's been going great this time around . Hunger pains have been minimal even on 1800 calories
Probably 10% in the pic..maybe less. about 210 there. I feel physically the best at about 10, anything about 12..i start to feel average. At about 12/13 right now, and going to cut up in 2 months..maybe sooner. 1800 cals..i feel for you and respect that at the same time. Ive done it, .never again. Cut on 3k..gain on 4. Slow and steady each way.

I'm hoping to not have to cut like this drastically again . Going for a state powerlifting record got to cut for it . 165lbs . Which isn't so drastic for someone. 5'5" like myself . I'm 167 and there's still fat & loose skin .

Really hope you take the record before you come back. An amazing accomplishment. At a very light weight none the less.

I think this guy takes the cake, & can only imagine how much time he spends in the shitter.

The World's Strongest Man Eats 10,000 Calories a Day

The most recent World's Strongest Man contest winner, Brian Shaw, stands 6-foot-8 and weights 415 pounds. To maintain that hulking figure, which has gotten him crowned champion this year and in 2011 and 2013, the man has got to eat. A lot.

Brian Shaw deadlifts at the 2013 World's Strongest Man competition.

In a recent Esquire profile, Shaw says he chows down on seven meals a day. Seven. When he's gearing up for a competition, he forces himself to eat between 8,000 and 10,000 calories per day. That sounds more like a chore than something a normal human being would enjoy.

"A pretty typical meal is somewhere between 12 and 16 ounces, so almost a pound of meat," Shawtold Esquire. "And then rice or pasta or something like that along with it. I eat a lot of grass-fed beef. That's my main protein source. But I'll substitute chicken and turkey, and sometimes fish, to have a little bit of variety."

When Shaw started entering Strongest Man contests, he weighed about 300 pounds. He set a goal for himself to gain 20 pounds a year to get to his current weight. His eating habits clearly helped him get there.

Clearly shaw knows what he's doing. My last cycle of 750mg test C I was force feeding myself 5200-6000 cals a day. I was uncomfortable all day long but no doubt I seen the biggest STRENGTH increases I've seen since my first year lifting way back in my teenage years.

I dedicated myself to reps 5 and under and was extremely happy with my strength gains. I also noticed nice secondary effects of hypertrophy in the large muscle groups too. I will be doing this next go round. Awesome

Chargers Rookie Linebacker Eats 21,396 Calories in 43 Minutes

Hekking recently downed 21,396 calories in just 43 minutes. That’s a mind-boggling amount of food, even for a 6-foot-3, 250-pound NFL linebacker. Here’s the mountain of grub Hekking reportedly put away:

• 2 racks of beef ribs
• 2 racks of baby back ribs
• 1 whole chicken
• Large side of fries
• Large onion rings
• 2 pulled pork sandwiches
• 1 giant sausage
• 1 pound of mac and cheese
• Bite of coleslaw
• 2 ears of corn
• 64-ounce Mountain Dew

We were initially skeptical about whether Hekking could eat that much food so quickly, but it’s not impossible. At the 2013 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating contest, competitive eater Joey Chestnut downed 69 hot dogs in 10 minutes, which equals a total of 26,816 calories. So it is plausible that Hekking managed 21,396 calories in 43 minutes.
