Thanks mate. Im trying lol im finally living back at home full time now so i can prep my meals. I spent the last 5 years working away living in construction camps (2500+ men) so i learnt routine which was great. But i also couldnt control what went into my food as i never prepped it. Now ive takenmy routine home and im loving it. Missus cant eat the same everyday so she actaully dry reaches eating chicken now lol
I'm in a small construction camp too mate , not as big as yours .... But the same problems probably . I'm suppose to be just the cook but lately I'm the only mechanic out here . Oh well only another month ....
Good looking chow guys !!

Can you explain in detail as to those camps and what you are building or doing? I can honestly say I have not known anyone to ever have a job like that...thxI loved the camp life, The ones i was at were like mini towns lol ppl fighting, drugs being dealt, cleaners sucking dick for cash. But we had huge gym, pool, indoor basketball, tennis court, 50 seat cinema etc it would blow u away to be honest. Here are some pics

Good choice and bet OGH would be right at home there
I work in construction, for the last 5 years i worked in the resource industry (coal, gas, iron ore) building big infrastructures in remote area. The areas didnt have nearby towns to employ a workforce.
Those camps a built for the purpose of temporary accomodation for workers whilst we build the mines or gasplants. I used to get flown from my house to the camp and i would work 28 days 12 hour days (1 day off in the middle) and then get flown home for 7 days. Then repeat. All meals, flights, accomodation was paid for by the company i worked for. We earnt big coin aswell i was on around $175,000 AUS DOLLAR a year
Now because the camps used to have so many men there they needed to help oocupy us lol otherwise there would be trouble. There was 2 types of blokes there. Drunks and gym junkies.. I chose gym![]()
Thankyou for explaining. I would have chose gym myself.
