What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Well , after not really doing any real squats for months , I knocked off a 5x5 with 350lbs today . It took 6 warm-up sets to get to 350 , they were cracking & creaking ,lol. I could literally feel my quads awakening with every set . I will add 10lbs to every session intil I hit 400lbs then 5lb increments until my 1RM . Not bad for 160lbs !

See, muscle memory is a great thing. You should be back to your old self soon enough :)

Great place to hide your stash indeed...under the lures and fishing props lol. If I take a trip on the dark side myself I would keep my stash in my big toolbox.

I'm overly cautious about sterility and OCD with organization....solves everything. I still use tupperware, why didn't I think of that?! I could have my barrels for drawing and then a little tray for each gauge and length pin. Different slots for my alcohol wipes, 10mL vials, 50mL jugs, 100mL jugs, all neatly organized by compound. Spaces for orals and achilliaries.

Very nice TEK ! That beats my old Plano tackle box . I use to use a Sketchers boot box until Mrs.Ogh bought me a tackle box just for gear .

Beast squats. I have noticed that you love those squats. Im trying to get back into them more an more. I have to be very carefull not to roll my knee or my face will be kissing the floor lol. Keep killin it bro. I bet you look lean as hell huh bro?
