Well , after not really doing any real squats for months , I knocked off a 5x5 with 350lbs today . It took 6 warm-up sets to get to 350 , they were cracking & creaking ,lol. I could literally feel my quads awakening with every set . I will add 10lbs to every session intil I hit 400lbs then 5lb increments until my 1RM . Not bad for 160lbs !
