Beast squats. I have noticed that you love those squats. Im trying to get back into them more an more. I have to be very carefull not to roll my knee or my face will be kissing the floor lol. Keep killin it bro. I bet you look lean as hell huh bro?
If you have knee issues wear one of those knee sleeves as they will keep your knees stable. I have a pair as my right one is particularly unstable due to damaging the meniscus when I was playing football as a teen. Never gotten around to surgery...to damn proud and now I regret that :oops:

I just did 225x11 tonight on squats along with 315x6 for deads...totally spent!

Oh yea Im lean , Im gonna slowly climb back up in weight . Im still persuing powerlifting , so Im easying into a strength routine .

I probably need knee sleeves , the noises my knees made warming up were alarming . Took longer too than usual to lube up the knee cap. But after that first 350 set Im good .

Haha everything you see on the left plate is going into that blender cup bro. Ill slam that shit kike its water to get them cals. The broccoli, banana, penutbutter, an instant breakfst is all going in it along with the 8oz's of whole milk. Thats what I use to wash my chicken an noodles down with lol.

Lol you seen that huh? Ya ther a lil old but they were free. This lil store that I go to at luch from the mill gives them to me for free. They get them for a person in their neighborhood that owns a chimpanzee. They have to buy em by the bulk an the person on buys half off them to feed the monkey sooooo they just stick the rest on the shelf until they go bad then throw them away. I told them I'd gladly take them home an put them in my shakes. Do you think its bad to blend them up even when they start going black...cuz most the time I do anyways lol. I cant stand to let food got to waste. Wow guys thanks for sticking along with me throught this whole fuckin biography lmfao giggady! !!!!!!
 
IMHO supps can give you that edge, maybe help 5%.. But if you're not spot on with nutrition and training they are just a expensive waste of money

Personally I take creatine, leucine and glutamine and that's it.

As far as food is concerned I don't care what it tastes like, what is the texture and if I have to eat it everyday as long as it helps me reach my goal

Most of my weekly diet (I can control it better as my wife is an amazing cook and I must keep peace at home on weekends...) is
Breakfast 1 cup Greek yoghurt (23g protein per cup) Dixie Diners Smaps cold cereal (22g protein per 3/4 cup) 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/2 cup of 2% milk
This yields 55g of protein and 52g carbs
Mid day my snack is psyllium husks 4 tbsp with 1/2 cup milk
Lunch 10oz chicken breast with 3 cups greens and 1 cup mixed legumes (chick peas, lentils, beans) about 76g protein and 64 carbs
Pre workout mid afternoon 1 scoop whey protein with 1/3 cup oatmeal 29g p and 47g c. This gives me the energy for the workout
Based on what I have for dinner I will eventually compensate with a late snack.
It's boring and redundant but I don't care. It gets the job done and I can enjoy the weekends a little more (still careful though .... )
